Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your authentic Irish knitwear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all Aran Woollen Mills tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or an exchange.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the woollen garments in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included to help our team identify your order quickly upon arrival.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, securely attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team receives and inspects the knitwear, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
